Orders are shipping using DHL, UPS, or Fed-Ex directly from our production facilities. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and email confirmation that your MasterChair is on the way. To protect our customers against lost or stolen packages, all orders are shipped with a signature required upon delivery.

If your order is shipped to an address in Florida, an additional charge of 6% sales tax will be collected at the time of purchase. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.

316 Stainless Steel is a premium steel quality, known as the standard for marine grade applications and it will never rust. 316 Stainless Steel contains chromium and forms a film of chromium oxide, which prevents corrosion by blocking oxygen diffusion to the surface and blocks corrosion from spreading into the metal's internal structure. If using a product outside, 316 stainless steel as oppose to 304 stainless steel is highly recommended and worth keeping in mind to have the product last. Although in-transit damages are rare, we understand that it is a possibility. If your chair arrives damaged we ask that you follow the instructions on your package and report any in-transit damages within 24 hours of receipt. We understand that this is unfortunate and ask our customers to provide necessary information within that 24 hour period to remake your chair right away.

The MasterChair is customized to the individual; and the creating of your chair begins when your order is placed. If, for whatever reason, an order is cancelled while in production, a 30% production fee will be applied and the remainder will be refunded to the customer.

Caring for it around the home should take this lacquer into account, as you do not want to accidentally remove it. Never use highly abrasive cleaners, as they can scratch it. If you know that it is lacquered, use a specialized polish in very small amounts to lay a thin layer of protection on the brass, and buff it out. For raw metal, clean with alcohol or a very mild abrasive before polishing and rubbing with olive oil to resist corrosion. Should it become tarnished, use vinegar or ammonia to lift the tarnish, or use a mixture of lemon and salt to gently rub it out before polishing..
